unable to update sparky files

Hello, I'am unable tot update sparky framework v 4.1.2 and sparky page builder v 1.2.1.

After the update the template is totally diffused over the screen.

Also the colors are changing from blue to white.

Is there a solution for this mistake  I'm definitely doing something wrong and looking for help.

Hello,

You probably did some customizations to the website and they are overwritten by the update. You will need to restore the old Joomla site from backups.

You don't need to update the framework at all if your website is working fine. To get rid of the update notification, on Joomla 4 go to System > Update Sites and delete these items:

- Sparky Plugin - Responsive Lightbox
- Sparky Plugin - Retina Images
- Sparky Framework Package
- Sparky Page Builder Package
- Sparky Template
- Sparky Plugin - Sparky On Save

If you don't find some of the items, delete only those that you found.

After that, the update notifications should not be displayed. If it is, log out and log in once. If it's still there, delete Joomla and the browser's cache.
