Warning: Undefined array key 1 in templates/sparky_framework/library/sparky_grid

Hi im suddenly getting this error , have not done anything  on the website since last couple of days. it was working fine. I get this error , i have now updated joomla4 new update 4.3.4 as well, but still get this warning. I have checked no matter what settings now i make nothing works , cleared cache, cleared browser, php 8.2 .
I have also set in global configuration error reporting to none. Still no change. 
Need help please.

This is just a warning and should not be displayed if error reporting is set to None.

However, our current Business template files don't report this warning anyway, so you probably have outdated template files. Please download the template file "hot_business4x.zip" from our website and install it to make sure you are using the current template files.

Don't forget to make a full site backup before installing anything.

Thank you for your quick reply as always.
I have already taken all steps that you have mentioned. I have noticed warning disappears for a while and then shows up again when I turn on copyright in the footer.
Copyright custom module was playing up for some reason.
I have deleted trashed it and made a new custom copyright module and for the time being it is working fine. If anything shows up I'll let you know.
