Joomla 5.0.2 Dashboard lost CSS formatting

My dashboard comes up without formatting. This is not a Template issue, but can you tell me how to fix it?

Then your Joomla installation is probably damaged. Also, it's possible that some files or folders are deleted, or have wrong permissions. Also, it's possible that a new server setting is not compatible with Joomla 5.0. Please consult your web hosting provider. If you can, it's best to restore your website from backups.
