I have someone helping me with this. He was trying to use the same menu item as the demo demo.joomdonation.com/donation/ for Joom Donation. He got the error message I first sent to you.

Is there any update to the Business template by chance?

However, I don't think this update is related as we didn't find or fix and bugs in it.

The error from your screenshots usually happens after an improper upgrade of Joomla (from version 3 to 4, or from version 4 to 5). However, the fact is that I can't see any error on your website at this moment.
