JCK Editor cannot find a default template was created by orish
Hi, I think this problem affects all hotjoomla templates, not just blankie.
I installed the blankie/joomla environment and then installed the JCK Editor plugin.
But this is what I get when edit an article in the Joomla administration back end:
Warning: the JCK Editor cannot find a default template.css style-sheet to use. Please see: Installation guide.
I've gone around in circles trying to figure out how to create or configure a style-sheet using the JCK installation guide, but I think it's actually looking for the blankie stylesheet so you can WYSIWYG the design layout of the article.
Please can you help and explain to me what to do.
Many thanks,
Gary

Perhaps JCK Editor expects that all templates hold CSS styling in the file template.css. Our template uses styling from file template_css.css.
Check if you change that in JCK Editor. Otherwise, you can rename file template_css.css of our template to template.css and also change the reference of that file in template's index.php file.

Thanks, I managed to get rid of the error message.
For anyone else using JCK Editor, you have to go to the plug-in manager for Editor-JoomlaCK and configure the basic options as follows:
- Use Template CSS Classes? - No
- Use Editor CSS Classes? - No
- Use Custom CSS Classes? - templates/hot_blankie/css/template_css.css
However, I still don't get WYSIWG.
Is the template_css.css file complete? Or do I need to generate a custom css file each time I edit the font and style settings in the template designer?
Is there something else I need to do to display the blankie styles in jck editor?
Many thanks,
Gary

template_css.css is style file for template and it should be all you need for templates Typography.
Colors are defined in template_css.php but you can not use it in editor.
