Sub menu positions

I have hit a wall on how to show my sub menus to start at the bottom and work its way up, instead of starting at the top of the menu and working its way down. My issue on this is once you g

o into the pages, after the home page, the sub menus are cut off because there is space at the bottom.

I noticed the demo template shows the menu the way I need it. I just do not know how show it that way.

If you use template embedded version you have parameter form menu height on interior pages, check that. If you use module create two modules one for home page other for rest of pages so you can put different parameters.
