How to change the code to no animation was created by bolletje

i like the Hot Flashes menu. But how can i disable the animation between the slides.

What i mean is after clicking on the menu then the picture must be changed.

around line 93:

jQuery('#flashes > li > a').mouseover(function(e){

change to:

jQuery('#flashes > li > a').click(function(){
