I can not change the color of the subX.png.

I can not change the color of the subX.png. was created by supergian1969

Hi i'm trying to change the color of the sub1.png with Gimp and save it but probably i make same mistake: the color doesn't change!
Can someone explain me ho to create a png whit that trasparency.

Ahhh chrome does not update the content.
I must clear the cache manually?
Is there a solution?
