Menu pictures

I'm sure it is install, I just downloaded the extension again and and installed it again. Nothing is different.
the Module is Hot Flashed Menu and the Templates flashes menu is called Top Menu.
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong with it?

You can use different images by placing thm to flashes menu module images folder, default is:

modules/mod_hot_flashes_menu/demo/menu

I specifically left them as the Demo pictures so I could see them when they work on the menus. For some reason that I cannot workout it still calls for the images from:

templates\hot_flashes\images\menu

even though its pointed to "modules/mod_hot_flashes_menu/demo/menu" in the module options

When I checked 1.5h ago it was fine now again menu is templates default not module
