Problem with templates installation Hot_wine.

i try to install the hot_wine25_hotstart (after purchasing) in accordance with manuals from:
demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/index.php?template=wine

1. i have setup Joomla 2.5.8 first on my server to folder: public_html (it's root folder)
2. Instalation hot_wine25_hotstart
- i create subfolder public_html/wg
- i uploaded all files and folders from my PC from folder hot_wine25_hotstart to subfolder public_html/wg
- i did the process of installation

No problem with installation process, but in the end my site with new template is only avialable by path:
www.winegid.ru/wg/
if i type www.winegid.ru the default joomla template is appear (bleu one)

Also i have two administrators login and passwords
1st for www.winegid.ru/administrator/
2nd for www.winegid.ru/wg/administrator/

could you please tell me what i did wrong? i want new template was by address www.winegid.ru

Yes , that is just way it works public_html is related to site base link. If you want to have site files separated in /wg folder you can do some URL rewriting but then that rewrite rule would have to be active for root folder (before url reaches joomla). So you would but .htaccess in public_html

So you would need to insert /wg after base link using that rewrite rule.

It's not a critical point for me to put files separated in subdirectory wg.
but it's only one way i could lunch installation process

i tried to put all files and folders to root directory: public_html (after Joomla installation done)
but in this case when i go to template installation process i jump to step #7 (system ask me to remove installation folders)
after that new template was not applied.

probably i miss something?

Did you click on "Install Sample Data"?

I fix the problem.

in my case it's not needed to setup Joomla first to the server.
I have just uploaded all file from Hot_wine to empty root folder. Installation process was correct.
Now everything is ok!
