Virtuemart and HotWine

Hello,

I just almost completed to configure my site using HotWine and I have the need to include an e-commerce shop inside.

I've tried in some ways to install Virtuemart on top of my HotWine base site, but I received error messages, at first I though it was the provider's server, in fact I requested some tests from them, but we found that with a standard Joomla environment Virtuemart worked.

Is VirtueMart compatible with HotWine?
... if so, can you suggest me how id the best way to install over my site using HotWine template?
(is best install it on a fresh HotWine installation and after redo my customization ... or other hints?)

Check temp folder path setting in global configuration, and are you able to install any module at all. There should not be problem to add virtuemart.

I've just installed virtuemart on a new Joomla install and it worked, didn't have need to check any temp folder in the global configuration

... what you mean please with that? (what should I check in my previous full install with HotWine of my site to be able to load Virtuemart?
