Wrong behaviour of the template adding articles

Hello,

just trying to add new wines for Carousel Pro to my installed Hot Wine Template, and I've found a courious behaviour of the template adding articles with the same structure of the existing one (i.e.: Laurel Glen Estate)

If I create a new article like the existing one, with:
--> a brief description
--> a small picture (80x188 pixel)
--> a "read more" line included with the Joomla editor
--> a detailed description after the read more
--> a larger picture (160x365 pixel) (with also "Classes = template_image reflect rheight30 ropacity25)

===> pressing the wine on the Carousel Pro, it shows both the brief AND the detailed description, with both the images

If instead I copy an existing article, it work properly
... I checked all the parameters of both the articles (copied and created) all is the same

... in other words, it seems that creating a new articles the "Read More" line don't works, why this?

Position of <!--more--> is important. Best do copy, then just change words
