Problem with Hot_wine hot start

Hi, I have installed this template on my web-site: demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/index.php?template=wine/
but my site in local does not work, ie it is not displayed properly whereas if I install server is working properly ... why?
I need to be able to work in local

No I use Joomla and I followed the procedure that is described in the previous link...
Now I'm working on the website online and seemed to be fine but if I try to add a new module (JF Slideshow) makes me this error:
Fatal error: Class 'JModelLegacy'.......mod_slideshowck/helper.php on line 14

It looks like you are trying to install non compatible component version (designed for other joomla version)

I try also "the nivo slider" and gives me the same error ... I updated joomla but the problem persists... possible that I can not solve?
