make the template look like sample 4

Hello i just bought responsive template, can you help me on the configuration needed to make it look like sample 4 (see attachment) on your site ?

Your attachment is not present, if you refereed to style 4 then you can use hot_start installation , use ..._hot_start.zip . Unpack all files from it to your web root, then start installation by browsing base link. Remember to click "install sample data" during installation. After installation completes go to template parameters of responsive and select Style 4
