Also the message gets out:
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

And only with your template, still I observe this problem on your site!!

That error can o cure only if you have wrong database configuration in configuration.php or you removed database by accident.
Also database connection has nothing to do with template
