Problems with menu items

Hi,
I am working with an update from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 and have some linking problems. I can't imagine myself what's the problem.

Please check out: www.tidningenkulturen.se/tk2 and the link "Nyheter" to the left. The original page's url is kept and the link's url is after it with a hash separating them...

The menu item is an ordinary category blog item:
index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=192

It doesn't matter if I have SEF activated or not.

Can someone help?

The answer is simple , link has j15 format , just recreate menu items

That is strange - I created the menu with items in Joomla 2.5.6 after the migration...

I deleted all menus to start all over again. Same problem still... But suddenly, with no specific change done, it started to work after a few refreshes... Very strange. But it still has the same format..?
