Yes, answer is simple , infinite scroll takes control of pages default pagination and you don't have pagination turned on so it misses that. Just turn on pagination.

Ok so infinite scroll is turned off, you turn on pagination and you have to see pagination navigation prev and next button and rest below articles. Then you turn on infinite scroll and it must work. Do you see that (pagination control when infinite scroll is off)?
