Jquery 1.8.x support

Ok the infinite scroll issue has been fixed by updating with the ones form WP.
the DNYlayout.js breaks the layout on the site and appears to be bypassing the CSS.
I am guessing that is because it is for Word Press. After updating the infinite scroll and masonry js files without the dynlayout Jquery 1.10.2 breaks the site structure and layout.

It have a feeling that the dnylayout.js is calling 1.7.2 some how, but I have been unable to track it down yet.

Take joomla dunlyout.js you had before and just replace jQuery.live with jQuery.on syntax, I think that was all.

That did not work, it removes the background, changes the images sizes and also kills some other design elements.

In attachment you will wind files in template folder you need to overwrite. jQuery is 1.10.2

Thank you this appears to have corrected the issue with 1.8.x+ support the template is running and is also much faster. The update to the new version of jQuery also fixed the issue where the infinite scroll was not pulling up new articles.
