do not work : user registration, user login...etc

I install hot start for J3,
when I click on upper main menu, "user registration", "user login" etc. template hangs.
other functions & modules works OK.

hot start for j2.5 woks fine.

i used Firebug, and find error :

dynlayout.js (line 122)
"TypeError: jQuery(...).attr(...) is undefined"

can You help me please ?

My problem was with cut & paste, it must be careful when editing this file. Now woks OK
