refresh link to have the page

I've done, it seem sometime better, but very often the first page is blank and need to refresh. Now the website is online www.studisciamanici.it

In index.php of template after:

<jdoc:include type="head" />

add:

I did the change, but I had the same issue of blank page at first, and after the refresh and the website looks without content at the center of the layout ,(only some shadows of the articles), and the menus with different colors. I went back immediately to the previous index.php as the website is online now. I attach the screen as look likes.

Ok, try to find some joomla 3 jquery optimizer plugin that can enables you to load exact jquery version. Ideally you should load version 1.9.1. Problem with your site is that jquery version is 'too new'

Thank you for the answer. I turned on the cache in the System Configuration of Joomla and now is working.
