How can I change Articles Position

Hello

I'm trying to add an article to the pages but when I do, it automatically changes the position of the other existing articles. Do you know how I could add an article that would just add on beneath the other existing ones down the page?

Try to change created/published date of this article. Template is set to show the latest articles first.

Thank you for your attention. In the option area it shows created/published date of the article, But there is no option amend the date, how can I change the date?

When you edit article, under Publishing tab, you can click the small calendar icon to change Created Date and Start Publishing dates.
