HOT Furniture Store - Joomla Virtuemart Template

will this virtuemart template work on Joomla 1.7 or only Joomla 1.5? I like it very much and it would be ideal for one of my client's.

VirtueMart 2 Version is now in the last testing phase, so we don't jet have official VM templates for joomla 1.6 and joomla 1.7, but numbers of our customers have installed our VM templates on j1.7 , because it generally works, or started with j1.5 version and upgraded to joomla 1.7 (note that you have to go with version-to-version update process if you go like this )
