FREE Updates from 1.5 to 2.5

I purchased a template while using the Silver Club program. I see where it talks about FREE lifetime updates for templates.

My questions are:
Are these FREE updates included for members of the Silver Plan?

Are the updates available from 1.5 to 2.5?

How do you get the updates?

A side note:

I let my club subscription expire but came back in and updated my subscription and paid my fee. I have received all the emails telling me my fee was paid but it still shows my account as "suspended". My account online also shows that I have paid up but I am still marked as suspended and can't get my update.

I have sent in a support ticket and have also contacted 2Checkout. 2Checkout informed me it was not there problem and I needed to contact the seller.

I am kinda desperate for some help because I have hired someone to help me do all the updates for my whole site this weekend and I am without my template.

There is no automatic updates, if you want newer version , you download it and re-install it.

Life time updates are not available for club members. When your subscription expire, you must renew to keep download access. Single template buyers have download access of the template they bought without limits.

Also, I checked your account, you renewed your subscription on March 15, so your account is ACTIVE until June 15. You can download Joomla templates in both versions 1.5 and 2.5.
