Front page pictures

Hello.
I am about to buy this template or the furniture template but I have the followings questions.
First I apologize if it sounds that I dont know a lot but I am a bit confused.
On the Fashionstore like the furniturestore template you can see on the demo that there is picture rotating on the frontpage. Is this module included for free with the template or it is the extra module you have to pay.
What is the name of this module? Which position does it have to be?

It's a HOT Effects Rotator and YES it is included in the template.

Just go throgh the menus:
Features -> Template Features -> Moudle positions.

Thanks for your answer. Just one more question it s abit general.
I used Joomla for years now, but... I have installed the latest 1.5 joomla version on a new website..but I cannot upload any picture. And if I write an article or on custom module I cannot upload a picture or even insert a picture that is already on the media manager (standard joomla pic).
I have read on internet that this is happening to a lot of people.
Any help?
