We only deliver en-gb... .ini file. You must make them yourself by renaming and translating provided .ini files.

thanks for response ivan but where can i find the provided.ini files ? I take a look in the mod_hot_weather folder but their is no en-gb... .ini file .sorry to bother you again.

This files are included in installation packages, and also you can find the in <joomla root>\language\en-GB\

the file en-gb... .ini in root joomla/language is about texte in backend but i would to translate the texte in frontend (Contry; current..partly cloudy; today..mostly sunny; tomorow...;friday...;saturday...ect)is it possible to translate this words?

That is flash plugin from www.weatherlet.com it can not be translated.
