I Wasted My Money.....

You know you would think that after spending my money for a silver membership it would come with a little help, not just a hand out asking for more money because there were several other sites that offered to install the template with my purchase, but it seems that asking for any type of help is too much to ask. I am consistently being given help that is not useful, I am told it works the same on Joomla 1.5 and 1.6, not true because where I am being directed to go does not even exist on 1.6. This was a waste of money, a waste of time, and the overall assistance is a repeat of useless information. I represent several companies, but because there is no need to really offer help once the money is received what can you really do? I don't know how customers are suppose to feel at ease when the customer service is so poor. You really need to revise your instructions in your forum because right now for us, they are useless.

We need additional $30 if you need template to be installed on your server by our team. We certainly won't install template for free, even if you say that everybody else are doing it for free (we know it's not true). That's simply our business policy.

Next, I see all your posts are related to the changing of the default page title. We have a tutorial how this is done and the link has been given to you. If this is not enough for you, please use Report to Moderator button and send me your joomla backend access and what title you'd like. I will change that for you for free.

My apologies for the frustration, but the solution to the problem was in the Home Page, I do think there was a misunderstanding of what I was asking, however, I did find the solution to the problem. I have been trying to get this site up and running for a minute now and I think the only reason why I was frustrated is because I was eager to get the site up, because I do love the template.... So once again I do apologize for my comments...
