Hello,
today I have tried to make my hot_academy Page.
First Question: Ho can I change the url target from the pictures. I don´t need the
jevents, and want to show references from phoca gallery.

In module settings you can change URLs. Module is of type hot_film_tape and it is placed in bottom postion. Check in module manager
