Problem to display module

Hello,

I've got a problem, the language module with flags doesn't appear in top2 module position. And I've many problems to display modules.(hot academy template)
In the template configuration, I've got this message :
Warning: fread() [function.fread]: Length parameter must be greater than 0 in /homez.714/moteldes/www/templates/hot_academy/elements/tadmin.php on line 74

Make sure language module is set to display on all pages (menu assignment).

For second problem just level down error reporting level in joomla global configuration, it may be that some warning is causing first problem.
