Error to create new article

Hi,

I install HotAcademy at localhost and work very well. But, when I install at my site, I can't create or edit article. Error message:

Fatal error: Class 'JTableObserverTags' not found in /home/educa3/www/libraries/joomla/observer/mapper.php on line 78

I need help please.

That class is available in joomla from version 3.1.2, so your joomla needs to be at least 3.1.2 for that to work

But, my J version is 3.2.0 and when I try update to 3.2.1 (by Joomla Update or FTP), I have this message: An error has occurred.
Any idea?

Your joomla is damaged or maybe you copied it using FTP and some files transfer failed. Basicly you could do this: download joomla version that is same as your site claims to be. Copy over files form that fresh joomla skipping /templates folder.

So you don't touch files on your site!
Just copy over , ftp client will ask you if you want to overwrite , say YES
Make backup first!

Use some ftp client that can show you failed transfers like FileZilla
