Problem with tooltips

Hello!

Tooltips on my website (hot academy template) don't work properly. When I hover an object, text appears, but it doesn't look like tooltip - it has tags such as <br> <p>. Please find screenshot attached and tell me how I can solve this problem. My vebsite is: vetradiography.ru

What do you use for tooltips?

I just downloaded the template and didn't install any special plugin for tooltips. Do have I to install one? Which one do you recomend?
