Tags and weird things

1) how do I move the article tags to the bottom of the article

2) images will not show inside articles see here:

I see the image name but no image will show up

I also have SEF URLs activated but I keep getting index.php/ without the .html in the end??

oh strange, the tags are set to show but they have disappeared

Images have incorrect links (src attribute) like:

For tags location you could override article layout by copying:

components\com_content\views\article\tmpl\defult.php

to:

templates\hot_academy\html\com_content\article\defult.php

then edit it

how can the incorrect link issue be fixed?? I simply used the JCE editor to insert the image? it has always worked before why would the link be incorrect?? I have never had an issue like this before.

very strange but the folder and images had disappeared... uploaded through the cPanel and they showed up

so how can the link issue be resolved as I have set SEF URLs?? have you ever seen this with the JCE editor before?...

this is fixed.. some how the settings in Global Configuration had come undone .. now sure how though
