Change module position on mobile phone only

Hi.

I have 4 modules in Top1 - Top4 (toprow) in Hot Academy. These modules are links to different pages.
In left position I have a vertical menu. Is it possible to get the left menu to be shown before the modules in the toprow on mobile phones only? Have position left to be listet before Top1 - Top4?

Yes but you would need code changes for that, in index.php of template you could detect mobile phone and do alter way layout is outputted in that case
