Problem with spacing

Hi, I am working with the Academy template and have got a problem with spacing. I have tried to fix this myself but cannot so am hoping that you can help me.

I have attached a file :

Item A : need to put the same amount of white spacing below the menu as above the menu.
Item B : need to take out the white space

For A it seams it is already like that.

For B add this at bottom of template_css.css:

.mp_user2 .cell_pad .custom > H4{
margin:0!important;
}

That fixed the problem with B. I was able to fix item A but still have a problem with spacing for item c. Sorry to ask but could you possibly look at attached and tell me what I need to do here to fix this one?
