Disable Main Banner From showing on articles

Hello,
Please, how do I ensure that the main header banner does not show up again on articles for the homepage when they are clicked?

On home page that template has for BODY tag:

class="sparky_home" for home page
class="sparky_inner" for other pages

you can use that to control elements visibility. I don't quite understand what are you trying

Thanks for your response. Sorry, I wasn't so clear before, I have attached a screenshot of what I am trying to achieve. I don't want the slideshow in the header section to show for the inside pages. For instance when I click the School Bus link on the home page, I want to make sure that the header banner is not displayed when the full article for the school bus shows.

You use menu module assignment for that, it is in one of the tabs of module settings
