Menu does not fold

Hi,

I have a problem with the menu's on my webpage. The top-menu doesn't fold. I had these before and it had something to do with Jquery. I soveld this with your help.

Yesterday I added a menu on the left site on my website and now the top menu doesn't fold and the banner on my frontpage doesn't show.
