Hello,
Please open the template settings in System > Site Template Styles > Hot Academy and save once. You don’t need to change any settings.
Thanks,
Milos

Hi,
The similar issue has occurred with hot nail salon and I want to fix it by following this suggestion. I just wanted to confirm that “save” means reinstall the template again?

Hello,
No, save means that you open the template parameters and click the Save button.
Also, you need to copy files to the /media folder as it’s explained here www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/blog/news/796...2-0-news-and-upgrade (read 2. Move Static Files)
Regards,
Milos
