Dropdown is always visible?

There is dropdown where is always visible on Home (this is first link named Domov). On other menus everything works ok. We have also turn off jquery in hot full carousel and fixed the problem but we need it so that module slides loads faster.

it works. Funny because before i did exactly what you said and animation between slides tok very long time, now it works??
