Wow I'm first :) How to replace video in header

I have to more questions sorry for beeing the pain in the a....s:
I need to lower the height of the header containing video from 920 to 78, where i will find it?
Im trying to create gallery with usage of Hot Responsive Lightbox module. Please see my steps and tell me please what im doing wrong:
1 creating folder (galleria) and uploaded photos to it.
2 created article galeria with the code: {responsivelightbox}../images/galeria{/responsivelightbox}
3 changing in the module path of working folder to images/galeria
4 creating top menu item with redirecytion to single article pointing to galeria
In effect I can see only this code {responsivelightbox}../images/galeria{/responsivelightbox} I was trying to change code but nothing seem to work. Please help

- You can change the page title in parameters of the menu items (in menu manager).
- Copyright notice is either is Copyright module or it's hardcoded in file /templates/hot_templatename/library/c.php
- Height of the video container is defined by the video height. It's not hardcoded anywhere.
- Make sure that Responsive Lightbox PLUGIN (not module) is installed and activated in your Joomla. The correct code (if images are in <joomla-root>/images/galeria) is {responsivelightbox}images/galeria{/responsivelightbox}

First of one I do understyand your instructions bu could you please point me to the right direction and tell me which one I should change? Please see screens from the web:

If the video is not determined by the header size how do I remove the black stripes from the website, please see screens below:

Go to Menus > Top Menu > Home > Page Display and change "Page display" field.

Black stripes are maybe a part of your video. If you claim they are not, please give me your site URL to check this.

I have checked the video and black strips are not renderred with the movie. URL is victoria-komada.com
