Rapid Contact Problem

Hi,
it seems that the Rapid Contact form on our website www.losmuertosspirits.com does no longer work.

We receive the following text when somebody uses the Rapid Contact form:  [SPF Softfail] Message from site

You received a message from Gabriel
We miss the email adress, which won't be submitted.

Could you help?

Hello,

This problem is related to your email server and you should consult the hosting support. Your Joomla is probably unable to send any kind of email, including the contact form.

many thanks for your quick response!

The regular contact form works without any problems.

I also contacted the developer of the Rapid Contact form and he advised to install the latest version of the plugin.

I'll try to solve the issue this way.

If this doesn't work I'll come back to you.
