Responsive menu - no dropdowns was created by Danimeeka
Hi,
The website I am working on is www.rgc.net.au . The top level menu items link to pages, and two menu items also have sub-menus. The dropdown feature works well on a computer screen, but on a phone, clicking on a top level menu item just takes you to its associated page. No submenus display. (Well, first time they did, super briefly, before going again.)
I notice on the demo that the top level menu items with submenus do not link to pages. Only the submenus link to pages. I guess this is one workaround, but my client really wants all his top level menu items linking to a page.
How do I make submenus display on phone screens?
Thanks,
Julia.

Hello,
When you downloaded this template? We fixed that recently. If it's more than 2 months, please re-download template from our site and reinstall. You can just upload template files by FTP to keep all the settings.
Thanks,
Milos

Thanks Milos, I'll try that. My version of the template is probably about a year old.

I have tried reinstalling the whole template (uninstalling the old first) and the template didn't render at all. Only got a white screen with Sparky in the top left. I also tried just installing a few of the template files but am still having no luck. Can you please tell me which of the new template files I need to install?
Thanks,
Julia.

Hello,
You should not re-install template. Use FTP client and just upload new template files instead (overwrite the old templates files). The folder is /templates/hot_basketball
Thanks,
Milos
