More hight for Background on Top was created by Antiquar

Hi Ivan, if you have a look at der-eule-verlag.de please see the blue backgroung on top for Logo, User 1 etc. Opening the site on cellphone or different sized tablets, I need a littel more hight for that blue bg. Otherwise on some of my devices I find the last closing white underlines of every module outsite the blue color. How can I do that? Thks and regards Helmer

.responsive_header{
padding-bottom: 60px;
}
