You can add a banner floating in the position of the logo.

what is the question? That area is logo module postion

The position of the logo is a html module, then I think there can I add a flash banner code.

Yes you can, just select logo module position for banner module

I made a flash banner, the code I copied and pasted into the html module.
The result is that the changes are not saved.

Given the failure of the code inserted with TinyMCE editor, overall wing configuration were addressed me and I changed the editor to no editor I then pasted the code of the banner.
This time the result is favorable.
