Position of Logo on Ipad

I opened my web site from my Ipad www.solucionesrodra.com and see that the position of the logo has fallen out of square with respect to its original position.

Is there any way to adjust this error.

Try different values of wmode attribute for your flash object.

EDIT:

In fact flash does not fork on IOS at all, thats way that is fading techology

The problem is not the flash effect if the position of the logo.

That is normal, make your re-size your browser and you will see same layout when less that 1024 px wide.
