I am using the temple Blocks, the installation was with the sample data.
At this time I have edited some of the information from the sample data but still I do not like the following url:

www.solucionesrodra.com/index.php/ hot-blocks
www.solucionesrodra.com/index.php/ hotstart-installation-with-demo
www.solucionesrodra.com/index.php/ infinite-colors

As I solve part of the url.

You have to change 'Alias' in menu item settings and categories setings
