Fix layout problem

hi. i must fix the max layout (es: to 1600 max), but i i browse with crome the divs with the text box that are over the photo are not all visible (it appears partial hidden)
is possible to change the behavior in crome with some special css code or other solution?

so you need to set in template options :

Fluid Width (full screen) = Off

and

Template Width (if fixed) to desired value for width

See in home page the text over the photo in crome (are hidden in the left)
only if i put crome in "full screen mode" (mac iOs) then the text is all in the right area

in firefox at intermediate resize of the browser window is the same problem!
and in the footer area the columms are in wrong positions!
