You need to define alias for menu items. But you will see that some does not have that field. To overcome that you can temporally swap to some menu item type that has it to change it then return original menu item type.

As I see item in top menu "Paysagisme d'intérieur" is problem. Did you try trick I told you to temporally swap menu item type to be able to change alias
