How can I change this???

I put this in the template folder and main folder... In other template it isn't problem.

Index.php doesn't contain the text "<link rel="shortcut icon".. where can I add this???

I add text "<link rel="shortcut icon" href="xxx/templates/hot_bokeh/favicon.ico" />" within <head>...</head> section and nothing.. what can I do else???
