It seams your path is not correct, when I browse directly:

pietrzykgarden.pl/templates/hot_bokeh/favicon.ico

I get "missing image" icon

On my computer favicon show OK, I don't know why is missing.. path is correct :-(

It appears your icon is there because if I go to:

I get NOT FOUND 404

if I browse:

missing image icon is shown. So probably tour icon file is of bad format. There are lots of free online services that let you convert png or jpg image to ico file.

I use favicon.ico converter and in firefox is OK, but in opera is still doesn't show..
