responsive menu does not work

Hi Ivan! Many thanks! However, in CSS there is no layout.css (in the other thread you suggested to add the code to template_css.css (see attached the properties of the CSS folder). Shall I try same here? And if I add it to template_css.css could you please let me know where to add the code? at the very end?

thanks Ivan. I did all steps.
1. smart phone: now the tinynav on the smartphone doesn't work anymore! (can u check again pls. campadventure.de) and advise for help. ps: i tried to use the suggested solution from thread #37821, but it completely changed the website layout of the pc version.
2. computer: the tinynav on pc version (firefox, safari) works well, it is now embedded into the window. however i am unable to see all menu options as it is not possible to scroll down in the tinynav. any solutions for this?

Yes problem for that template is fixed to bar which holds menu.
Can you try some of other responsive menu components.

Well not exactly, the are hundreds of them on extensions.joomla.org half of them are free
