'Copyright' in that template is used in different way. You can change text from template options and if gives output based on that.

I gave the user 5 position and in the layout design changed the row and set it at the end of the layout, so after this the module doesn't appear at the footer. If I delete in the index.php the copyright div , in the fronted there is a hole in changed the copyright position div
